3. User Accounts and Plans

Account Creation

To use NEVØ Content, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Authorized Uses

You may use NEVØ Content to:

5. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

Rights to Generated Content

Content generated by NEVØ Content belongs to you upon creation. You become the owner and can use it freely in compliance with the law.

Content Responsibility

NEVØ Content Ownership

The following remain the exclusive property of NEVØ:

• The platform, its source code, and algorithms
• The NEVØ Content brand and visual identity
• Analytics data and proprietary AI models
• Any improvements or developments to the service

6. Technical Limitations and Warranties

Service Availability

We strive to ensure maximum availability of NEVØ Content, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
• External API limitations (OpenAI, data providers)
• Unpredictable technical incidents
• Force majeure events

Quality of Generated Content

NEVØ Content uses advanced AI models, but we cannot guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of generated information
• Complete absence of similarities with existing content
• Specific SEO results on search engines
• Commercial performance of created content

7. Billing and Refunds

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a fixed date
• Payment is made by credit card via Stripe (secure)
• Unused credits are not carried over from one month to the next
• Invoices are available in your client area

Refund Policy

8. Suspension and Termination

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account in case of:

• Violation of these terms of use
• Abusive or fraudulent use of the service
• Non-payment of amounts due
• Activities harmful to NEVØ Content or its users

User Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from your client area. Your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

9. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR.

10. Terms Modifications

Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, we favor amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.
